- Identifying, documenting, and communicating technical improvements within your area of responsibility in the team
- Support the engineering process including design and implementation
- Design development processes (CI/CD) and ensure high standards (e.g. for code quality)
- Participating in cross-team engineering initiatives as an individual contributor
- Experience in Backend Engineering
- Experience with java Springboot or GoLang
- Knowledge in Google Cloud and Containerization-technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
- Fluent in German and English
- A team oriented work attitude and strength in communication
- A “never-stop-learning” attitude and a desire to develop and grow
- Deep insights in building up an IT startup while becoming familiar with most of our areas
